LeadsWork Terms and Conditions

"We", "us", "our" or "Leads Work " means Leads Work Limited, Company number 10853169, whose registered office is Suite C, 235 Three Bridges Road, Three Bridges, Crawly, West Sussex RH10 1LU.

'Client ' or "User" means the person or organisation placing the order with Leads Work.

"Business" The Direct Selling Organisation you are representing.

"Data" or "Data Subject" the contact details to include, gender, name, address, contact numbers, email address and age or confirmation they are over 18.

"Lead" shall comprise the provision by Leads Work of the contact details of an individual visiting, but not limited to, a Leads Work Website or similar point of access.

"Receipt" or "Received" the date and time a Lead is made available in your Lead Delivery System.

"Lead Delivery System" or "Account" or "System" the technology behind the distribution of the Lead.

"My Dashboard" the Users interface on the Lead Delivery System used to fund the Users account, define the filters and the number of daily Leads required.

"Terms & Conditions" This document.

The Client agrees

They will:

  • a) Only operate one Account.
  • a) Use the Data only to contact the Lead for marketing purposes in respect of the Users business.

Payment Terms

The Account must be in credit to receive Leads.

All prices shown are, unless otherwise stated, inclusive of VAT and any other applicable tax.

Service Provided

Leads Work will:

  • a) Advertise part time and from home work opportunities for Direct Selling Organisations.
  • b) Market these various opportunities predominately, via [but not limited to] digital media.
  • c) Traffic will be filtered to ascertain which Businesses the Lead would like more information on.
  • d) Once the Lead has chosen the Businesses of interest the Lead will be delivered in real time to the User via the Lead Delivery System.
  • c) We do not offer any guarantee that the Lead will ultimately take up your business proposition.

Refund Policy

Monies use to fund your Account are not refundable once you have Received your Leads, details for replacement Leads are in the next section. Where a request is made to refund a monitory balance from your account it will be subject to an administration fee of 20% of the refund amount.

Bonuses credited to your account for Bank transfer, Affiliate and promotional offers can only be used to purchase leads and as such will be deducted prior to any refund.

You are able to return a Lead within 5 working days from Receipt and receive a replacement lead for the following reasons:

  • a) the Lead is aged below 18 years old or,
  • b) the Lead does not speak English or
  • c) the telephone number supplied does not work.

Any unreasonable Level of returned Leads will be investigated by Leads Work. Any Leads which in the reasonable opinion of Leads Work is unduly rejected will still be liable for payment and be deemed to be a Qualifying Lead.

GDPR [General Data Protection Regulations]

We have taken all precautions to comply with GDPR.

In the course of our day to day business we collect Data Subjects details and use this information to fulfil the orders received from you the User.

Part of GDPR is to ensure a Data Subject can exercise the right to be forgotten.

Where this request is legitimately made we will delete the Data Subject from our servers.

As part of this erasure process all record of the Data Subject will also be removed from your dashboard which is also housed on our servers, you will not be able to recover the Data Subjects details once this erasure is complete.

Within the Dashboard you have the ability to store all your leads to a location of your choice in either EXCEL or PDF format.

All Data once supplied to the User becomes the Users responsibility to ensure GDPR compliance.

Collection and Use of Client Data

We collect the data itemised below when you register with us. Since we need to collect and hold this information in order to make the Leads available to you our Client. We will only register you as a Client once you have provided this information. We collect the following data from you when you register as a Client:

  • a) your full name and
  • b) your email address and
  • c) your postal address including post code and your mobile number and
  • d) your Business. 

We will use this information to:

  • a) Provide the Leads you have requested.
  • b) Discuss any issues that may arise regarding your account.
  • c) To advise you of any changes to our "Terms and Conditions".
  • d) To make you aware of any promotions relevant to our service which may be offered from time to time.


This Agreement is personal to the Client and cannot be assigned without the express written permission of Leads Work.

A person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use our content in any way except for your own personal use and information.

To use any content from this website for any reason requires written consent from Leads Work Limited.

No person other than a Leads Work Director has the authority to modify or supplement these Terms and Conditions.

The validity, construction and performance of this Contract shall be governed by the Law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have sole jurisdiction to hear all claims or disputes connected with the Contract.
